  • The time required for the generative process may vary. It depends on the site area, number of flats or problem complexity.

    Usually for 2-3 buildings project it may take around 20 minuts, and several hours for large scale projects.

  • For each plot of land, a number of spatial solutions are generated, using a variety of urban layouts and building typologies.

    You will receive up to 32 results, based on the number of possible buildings configuration.

  • Allows users to compare different designs or versions side-by-side for a direct comparison of features, performance and aesthetics.

    Designed for users to review and select the options meet their needs and preferences.

Unlimited area

  • There are no site area, number of buildings and buildings height restriction.

    Larger areas increase the calculation time, but allows you to receive more diverse spatial results.

  • There are no minimal site area requirements.

    If you are working on 1-2 buildings feasibility study, you can get results even after 1 minute of calculation.

  • You can set up multiple Check Zones which will include the information about site maximum parameters.

    Inside every Check Zone you are free to seperate multiple Building Zones, each with different architectural parameters.

Built-it simulations

  • To ensure the high results quality, each measuring point is calculated with 1 minute resolution for sunlight analysis and 1 degree for obscuring analysis.

  • To fit the local regulations and deliver the ready to use solutions, sunlight and obscuring analysis is pefromed for each flat separately.

    There is no need to perform additional simulations to decide on the solution selection.

  • Set up your local sunlight access requirements, add multiple time spans and minimum values.

    Let the software calculate it with the heighest possible precision.

  • The solutions you receive are additionally analysed based on the geometric density, creating high quality spatial results.

Data Export

  • Export 3d model to .obj and .bim extensions.

  • Receive 2d CAD drawings in .dxf file format.

  • Export each solutions report document.

  • All the numerical data is exported to .csv file format. Import it to excel or any other spreadsheet program to calculate revenue or extract key information.
